Refund policy

 

If you’re dissatisfied with your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

You can return select products within 14 days of your delivery date for store credit.  

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy (items that cannot be returned):

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Personal items such as adhesive bras, bodysuits, earrings, swimsuits, etc. cannot be returned.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned.
  • Items without tags and in original packaging cannot be returned.
  • Items with visible signs of wear or use cannot be returned.

*Please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed from the date we receive your return. 

The majority of returns are refunded back to the original form of payment. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. To receive your return quickly, use the prepaid return label that was provided with your shipment or email us at admin@impulsivefashion.com.

Note: Please ensure to package each order individually if they shipped separately. If multiple orders are returned combined in a single return package, your return will be delayed to require additional time to process. You will not receive credit for any non-eligible items returns referenced above.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item/s is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.  Our may goal is to ensure our customers are satisfied. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have.  Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item if available. 


Refunds
Once your return is inspected and approved, your payment will be refunded. If the time exceeds what was quoted, please call our Customer Support team 878-444-0636.
